Refunds & Exchange Policy

• Please check the parts & items are in good condition upon receiving.
• Should you need assistance in assembling the item do contact us. We do provide assembly services do contact our team for more info.
• Factory/manufacturers faulty items / parts exchanges or refunds are within 5 days of receiving the items
• Items MUST be in it’s original state (untampered with), original package & in good condition.
• Tampered items ie : glued, nailed or modified will not be accepted.
